उत्तराखंड में युवाओं के भविष्य से जुड़ी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में धांधली के प्रकरणों पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कड़ा प्रहार कर राजनीतिक संकेत दिए हैं। एक के बाद एक सख्त निर्णय लेकर उन्होंने साफ कर दिया है कि गड़बड़ी चाहे किसी के कार्यकाल की हो, दोषियों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
8 अप्रैल 2022 – उत्तराखंड को भ्रष्टााचार मुक्त करने की दिशा में मुख्यरमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बड़ी पहल की। भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतों को दर्ज करने को आम जनता के लिए 1064 वेब एप लांच किया गया। यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति रिश्वत घूस आदि लेने की मांग करता है तो 1064 नंबर पर शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं, शिकायतकर्ता का नाम गोपनीय रखा जाता है और दोषी पर समयबद्ध कार्रवाई होती है।
18 मई 2022 – देहरादून आरटीओ दफ्तर में सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने छापा मारा। यहां कई अफसर और कर्मचारी गैरहाजिर मिले। खुद आरटीओ दिनेश पठोई के गैरहाजिर मिलने पर सीएम ने उन्हें सस्पेंड कर दिया। वहीं गैर हाजिर कर्मचारियों की सैलरी रोकने के आदेश दिए। हालांकि, जांच के बाद संतोषजनक जवाब मिलने पर पठोई को बहाल कर दिया गया।
22 जून 2022 – आय से अधिक संपत्ति अर्जित करने के आरोपों का सामना कर रहे भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के चर्चित अधिकारी राम विलास यादव को निलंबित कर दिया गया। इतना ही नहीं, निलंबन से कुछ ही देर बाद उन्हें गिरफ्तार भी कर लिया गया।
22 जुलाई 2022 – उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग की स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा के पेपर लीक मामले में मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश पर 22 जुलाई को रायपुर थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था। अब तक इस मामले में मास्टरमाइंड मूसा समेत 41 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।
8 अगस्त 2022 – पूर्व आईएफएस किशनचंद व अन्य अधिकारियों पर मुकदमे की अनुमति दी। कॉर्बेट पार्क में टाइगर सफारी बनने में अनियमितता का मामला सामने आया था। विजिलेंस ने जांच रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर शासन से मुकदमे की अनुमति मांगी थी।
7 सितंबर 2022 – परिवहन मुख्यालय में तैनात एआरटीओ आनंद जायसवाल को भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
8 अक्टूबर 2022 – मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भ्रष्टाचार पर एक और करारा वार किया है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी के निर्देश पर परीक्षा घोटालों की जांच कर रही एसटीएफ ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष आरबीएस रावत (पूर्व आईएफएस), सचिव मनोहर कन्याल, पूर्व परीक्षा नियंत्रक आरएस पोखरिया को गिरफ़्तार कर लिया गया है। आरबीएस रावत उत्तराखंड में वन विभाग के हेड रह चुके हैं। यह कार्रवाई एसटीएफ ने यूकेएसएसएससी द्वारा 2016 में कराई गई वीपीडीओ भर्ती परीक्षा में धांधली की जांच के बाद की है।
