हाईस्कूल की परीक्षा दे चुके उत्तराखंड बोर्ड के छात्र-छात्राएं परिणाम आने से पहले भी 11वीं कक्षा में दाखिला ले सकते हैं। इस शैक्षिक सत्र में पढ़ाई को सुचारु रखने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने प्रवेश की नई व्यवस्था लागू कर दी है। इसके तहत छात्रों को औपबंधिक रूप से प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। उत्तराखंड बोर्ड की कक्षा 10 और 12 की परीक्षाएं हो चुकी हैं। बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का मूल्यांकन अभी चल रहा है। नौ मई को मूल्यांकन पूरा होगा। इसके बाद परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार किया जाएगा। इस कार्य में अभी काफी समय लग सकता है।
ऐसे में छात्रों का समय खराब न हो, इसे देखते हुए निदेशक माध्यमिक शिक्षा उत्तराखंड आरके कुंवर ने निर्देश जारी किए हैं। जिसमें कहा गया है कि परीक्षा परिणाम आने में अभी समय है। छात्रों का समय मूल्यवान है, जिसका सदुपयोग जरूरी है। इसलिए कक्षा 11 की पढ़ाई शुरू करा दी जाए। इसके लिए कक्षा 10 की परीक्षा देने वाले छात्रों को कक्षा 11 में औपबंधिक प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने वाले छात्रों का यह प्रवेश नियमित कर दिया जाएगा। यदि कोई छात्र अनुत्तीर्ण होता है तो उसका औपबंधिक प्रवेश निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
बोर्ड परीक्षाओं का परिणाम भी 10 जून तक आना प्रस्तावित है। हाईस्कूल की परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले छात्रों का 11वीं कक्षा में दाखिला परिणाम आने के बाद ही हुआ करता है। इससे एक अप्रैल से शुरू होने वाले सत्र में 11वीं की कक्षा की पढ़ाई शैक्षिक सत्र शुरू होने के साथ आरंभ नहीं हो पाती थी। निजी स्कूलों में औपबंधिक प्रवेश की व्यवस्था थी, पर अब इसे सरकारी स्कूलों में भी लागू किया गया है।
