मुख्यमंत्री उदीयमान खिलाड़ी उन्नयन योजना के तहत राज्य के आठ से 14 वर्ष तक के उदीयमान खिलाड़ियों को हर जनपद से तीन सौ बालक बालिकाओं को 15 सौ रुपए प्रतिमाह प्रदान किया जाने की योजना लागू कर दी गई है।संयुक्त निदेशक खेल डा. धर्मेन्द्र प्रकाश भट्ट ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा खेलनीति 2021 के अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण खिलाड़ियों से छात्रवृत्ति शासनादेश राज्य के प्रत्येक जनपद के 150 बालक और 150 बालिकाओं को मंजूरी दे दी गई है।
विशेष प्रमुख सचिव अभिनव कुमार ने इसका शासनादेश जारी कर दिया गया है। भट्ट ने बताया कि 08 से 14 वर्ष के तहत विभिन्न आयुवर्ग के 25-25 खिलाड़ियों को यह छात्रवृत्ति दी जाएगा। इसके तहत 08 से 09 वर्ष, 09 से 10 वर्ष, 10 से 11 वर्ष, 11 से 12 वर्ष, 12 से 13 वर्ष, 13 से 14 वर्ष के 25 बालक व 25 बालिकाओं को 15 सौ रुपये प्रतिमाह छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जायेगी। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि छात्रवृत्ति के लिए बालक/बालिकाओं का चयन उनकी शारीरिक क्षमता जैसे-स्पीड, स्टैमिना, स्ट्रेंथ का आंकलन भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त मानकों के आधार पर किया जायेगा।
प्रत्येक स्कूल के चयनित छात्र और छात्राओं का न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर परीक्षण होगा। इसके बाद न्याय पंचायत के चयनित बालक और बालिकाओं का ब्लाक स्तर पर परीक्षण होगा और अन्तिम परीक्षण जनपद स्तर पर किया जायेगा। जनपद स्तर पर मैरिट के आधार पर प्रत्येक आयुवर्ग में प्रथम 25 बालक व 25 बालिकाओं अर्थात् प्रत्येक जनपद से कुल 150 बालक और 150 बालिकाओं को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जायेंगी। उन्होंने बताया कि यह छात्रवृत्ति एक वर्ष के लिए होगी, अगले वर्ष पुनः सभी का परीक्षण होगा। इस प्रकार की छात्रवृत्ति का परिणाम यह होगा कि जिन बच्चों को शारीरिक क्षमता के बल पर छात्रवृत्ति दी जायेगी।
